The CrossFit group classes are each hour long training sessions. In every class you will be led, and instructed, by one of our trainers here at South Belt. We will first run you through a warm up with the intention of dynamically stretching, activating, and priming your body for the workout of the day (WOD). A demonstration of the movements and explanation of the workout will be givn before you finally then will begin your Group CrossFit WOD.
