Shane Cox: 

Coach Shane has been CrossFitting for nearly 8 years and coaching for 6 of those years.   Shane's has been trained by some of the best strength coaches in the MLB (Major League Baseball), after beingdrafted as a pitcher in 2006 to the Seattle Mariners. He also has his CrossFit Level 1 certification. Shane is never satisfied with his knowledge of physical performance, he is continuously learning from others and implementing what he thinks works. Shane seeks out only the best in the field to study with, having close relationships with former LSU strength coaches and National Olympic weightlifters. Shane - " Quality over Quantity".
